Shipping FAQs
1. Where can you deliver?
In Singapore, we deliver islandwide. For international orders, we work with partners like FedEx, with a coverage of 220 countries and territories.
2. How long will it take to receive my purchase?
It takes us 1-2 working day to prepare your order and 1-15 working days for our delivery partner to hand over your junglesuit purchase to you. You will receive tracking information with a scheduled delivery date from our delivery partner as soon as it's available.
We know how excited you are to receive your purchases from us and we promise to do our very best to get it to you as soon as we can! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delays outside of our control, or lost or missing international packages.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in Singapore for orders over SG$150 and free globally for orders over SG$300. Refer to the chart below for shipping costs on orders below those values:

4. Do you factor in duties and taxes into your shipping price?
We do not factor in the cost of duties and taxes into the shipping price. We rely on our international shipping partner to clear customs for you in your home country and they will bill you separately in case duties or taxes need to be collected.
Different countries have different thresholds for where duties and taxes are applicable. For example in the US, international e-commerce purchases under US$800 are not subject to any duties or taxes, whereas in the EU significant duties and taxes may be applied.
All applicable duties, tariffs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for international shipping.
