When choosing your size, account for how much more space you'll need for your underwear and the fit you want. Please also note that part of the waist band (in the back) has a stretchy elastic band.

How to Measure
Wearing your underwear, wrap a flexible measuring tape around your body, but not too tightly
| chest | Measure around the fullest part of your chest, underneath your arms and across your back |
